This person will be working in Central Analytical Services
Group, that provides SEM, EDS, FIB, CSAM, Material analysis, Chemical
etching, Plasma etching, X-sectioning, X-ray service to Failure Analysis,
Product, Design and Process Engineers. Requirements: Hands on
experience on JEOL 6400 or 6700 SEM, EDS, FEI D200 FIB, able to convert
design layout database to Knights format for CAD navigation, CSAM,
X-sectioning/Parallel lapping, wet Chemical etching, Plasma etching, Surface
analytical tools, Metallography and failure analysis for semiconductor
devices required. Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and
Unix preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Knowledge of semiconductor devices, semiconductor processing required.
